The Soul

Intro
Close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in
And gently let it go.
Feel your body soften and let the weight of the day melt away.
With each breath, return home to the quiet within you that always knows.
There is a place inside you where time does not rush,
Where the soul remembers why it came here.
In this space there is nothing to fix, nothing to prove — only truth,
Pure, alive, breathing through your heart.
As you listen, let each word wash over you like a light.
Let it remind you of what you already are:
Love, freedom, and divine remembrance.
And now take one more breath,
And as you exhale, allow your soul to remember.
Poem
Inhale, breathe in — let life appear,
A sacred gift that draws you near.
This breath is holy, not for play,
Divinity guides each fleeting day.
Pause, and feel the ground below,
The roots that steady, the calm they show.
Relax your shoulders, soften hands,
The body listens, it understands.
Recall the paths that you have known,
The tears, the trials, how you’ve grown.
The nights you questioned, asking why,
Each moment lives, not cast aside.
They told you, “Be perfect, don’t fall astray,
Work without pause, push night into day.
Follow the rules, obey, conform,
Be strong, keep going through every storm.”
But what if wholeness lives inside,
A blend of truth you need not hide?
Of peace and chaos, doubt and might,
Of shadow’s veil and soul’s pure light.
Breathe in the sun, let golden rays flow,
Exhale the weight, release, let go.
Tears like rivers cleanse the pain,
Each drop a blessing, not in vain.
What if emotions locked away,
Returned to guide you here today?
Your pain transformed, your doubt the key,
Your wounds now speak your truth within.
Even through nights of fear and fight,
Your soul held close to God’s own light.
It whispered softly, “You are free,
You are divine — remember Me.”
Now stand in power, arms open wide,
The ocean of peace runs deep inside.
No voice, no book defines your care,
Your soul has led you everywhere.
Affirm with breath, repeat, believe:
“I am whole. I am light. I am free.
I trust the wisdom of my soul.
I do remember — I am whole.”
The noise dissolves, the world grows still,
You rest aligned with God’s pure will.
Your soul, your light, your truth breaks free,
Whispers within: I am. I am me.
