The “Yana Difference” is best described as a proprietary methodology of training that delves into every aspect of a model’s presence. Perfecting the body language displayed by an individual’s style of movement, stance and gait requires skill and physical ability. Through the use of plyometric training, students are able to reach peak physical condition, while improving their posture. As a professional dance instructor, Yana incorporates the key elements of proper body alignment and controlled balance, into her training, giving a model a more elegant and confident appearance.
The Yana German Modeling-School of Walk is a 12 week program, meeting once a week for two hours. Models are personally instructed by Yana on the various forms of high- fashion European style runway modeling. She provides each student with individualized training for both “print” and “commercial” style modeling; teaching them how to effectively pose “for the camera.” She helps students develop a holistic approach to becoming a true model- physically, emotionally and mentally by strengthening their body as well as their mind and preparing them to take on the various challenges in the fashion industry.
Yana produces numerous fashion shows, giving students actual runway modeling experience by featuring them in her original designs from The Yana Collection. Graduates of the Yana German Modeling-School of Walk, have the opportunity to work with Yana’s vast network of established photographers, producers and talent agencies in both Chicago and New York. She has successfully trained over a thousand men and women, who you may find on the cover of a fashion magazine or traveling to New York, Tokyo, or London for a modeling assignment.

"I’ve been with 4ever models-school of walk for about half year now (12classes). This is a class directed by Yana German, she is an amazing teacher. She teaches girls and boys how to walk like a model, feel like a model and be confident. Being a model is not as easy as it looks like, it takes a lot of work and Yana makes sure you got what it takes. If she believes in you she’s will push you and help you as much as she can. You learn witch leg you should start walking, the posture, and the look you giving, full turns, side turn, etc...this teaches you all. It teaches you how to be a model.
I got to experience runway and backstage and it’s all thanks to Yana. She introduced me and other girls with other designers and other intelligent people and I got to experience and see some really awesome shows and people."
